Take part in the Big Survey: Strengthening HR management in the microfinance sector
Who? This survey is for all institutions working with low-income populations aiming at cultivating talent and protecting and benefiting their employees. it is therefore specifically aimed at Human Resources Managers and/or CEO or the organization.
Content of the survey: Completing the survey will take about 90 minutes. You will be asked 68 questions to reflect on your current Human Resources Management practices. At the end, you will receive a summary of your results that will be like a report on your current state of human resources practices.
The survey is available in English, French, Spanish or Russian.
If you cannot answer all the questions at once, you can save your answers and come back to them later. Just make sure you log in with the same device and browser when you come back.
3 reasons to fill in the survey
- This is an opportunity to better understand and strengthen the human resources function within your organization. You will be introduced to new ideas for how to do things better;
- Once e-MFP has collected all the (anonymized) data from the entire survey responses, it will share them with you so that you can compare your organization’s performance to the global benchmarks and identify areas of strength as well as opportunities for improvement;
- By filling in the questionnaire you are registered in the random to win a scholarship for the European Microfinance Week 2021 in Luxembourg or for the SPTF annual meeting with accommodation, plane ticket and transport.

Collaborating partners: This initiative is part of a broader effort by the e-MFP HR Action Group, and its members: ILO, Academy of German Cooperatives, SPTF, MFC, TripleJump, Incofin, and ADA, to develop standards and benchmarks for human capacity development. By participating in this survey, you are assisting in their effort to bring awareness and resources to the area of human capacity development in microfinance.
