23 events (training, GA, workshops,...) were proposed to the participants in the African Microfinance Week (SAM)!

The objective of the SAM is to gather skills in one place, over a given period of time (five working days) in order to optimize the travel of managers of microfinance institutions (MFIs), banks, investment funds, regulators and directors of public institutions.

In 2019, more than 700 participants received at least one training course.

These training courses have been offered and delivered free of charge by ADA and long-standing partners, whose reputation and expertise are known and recognised.

From social to financial performance, transparency, digital finance, microinsurance and inclusive and responsible finance, the themes of the workshops are particularly broad. Bringing together between 10 and 100 participants according to the wishes of the trainers, in English or French, the training and workshops proposed have allowed each registrant to develop their knowledge and maximize this African Microfinance Week.

The training agenda has complemented and enriched the other events such as the Investor's Fair, the Innovator's Village and the two day conference.
