Head of programmes - Agricultural value chains & impact investing

Your responsibilities will include:

• Programme management: coordinating the implementation of projects with your team and partners; planning; results monitoring; reporting; budgetary and administrative management; supporting partners; and maintaining institutional relations. You will ensure that each programme remains aligned with the association's strategy.
   
• You will participate in defining and developing the agricultural financing strategy, contributing to strategic thinking on financing players in the agricultural and forestry value chains. This involves identifying new partners, designing sector-specific actions and seeking funding opportunities, all in line with ADA's objectives.
   
• You will also contribute to knowledge management by capitalising on lessons learned and programme-related communication, participate in exchanges with other ADA teams, and represent the programmes at sectoral events.
