The next edition of the SAM will be held at the Kenyatta International Convention Centre (KICC) in Nairobi, Kenya, on October 13th -17th 2025.
Flights
One of the criteria for selecting the host country: good flight connections that will facilitate the travel of participants.
Hotels
The SAM's partner hotels, approved by the organisers, generally offer preferential prices. A shuttle service will be provided for an optimal stay.
Travel documents
The selected host country will communicate the necessary steps to obtain a visa.
