University of Luxembourg

ADA and the University of Luxembourg created the Chair in Inclusive Finance Law in the Faculty of Law, Economics and Finance. The need for a Chair in financial law, specializing in inclusive finance is particularly important as 50% of microfinance funds are domiciled in Luxembourg. In the framework of the Chair ADA, the University of Luxembourg and ADA also launched the continuing education programme "Certificate in Law and Regulation of Inclusive Finance". The programme aims to strengthen the knowledge and skills of professionals from developing countries in inclusive finance law. The program was organized in cooperation with the EIB Institute and the law firm Arendt&Medernach.
